Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Website Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you are using a cloud website hosting plan with us. This can be done through the Emails section of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where you can view all your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You may either select an email and click the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and pick the feature in the context menu which will come up. All you need to do is to type in the content that you'd like to be sent as the automatic reply and save the changes. You'll be able to type in any text you would like and modifying or disabling the auto-responder function is just as easy. From the same section of the Control Panel it is possible to keep track of which mail accounts have the option enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you decide to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account with our company, you'll be able to add an auto-responder to any e-mail you set up in the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All mailboxes that you have will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and for each of them you'll see a small "Auto-responder" button. To activate the function, click the button for a selected email address, enter the message you want people to get as a answer to their emails, then save your changes. You'll be able to modify or delete this text at any time following the same steps. If you need to add in an auto-responder to a range of emails, you can select them and include a message to every one of them simultaneously - an option, which is found in Hepsia and which can save considerable time.
